Project Description:
The Waltham Public Library included the restoration of a 20,000 square foot, two – story historically registered building and the addition of a 28,000 square foot, three – story structural steel addition. The work was completed in a dense neighborhood on a tight occupied site. Interior features included: new MEP systems, restoration of windows, wood trim, and a stained glass skylight. Exterior site improvements included masonry restoration, a new parking lot, brick walls and patios, refurbished site fence and extensive landscaping.

- Provided overall leadership and direction to the project management team assisting with subcontractor scheduling, project budgeting and billing, and directly responsible for the owner punch-list/closeout process
